I have a cousin who uses this program. I work on a Mac using Reunion as my genealogy software. I have the ability to export to GEDCOM. Reunion uses a separate file for Reunion's photos. I am looking for ideas to ensure that my cousin can successfully import my data.

Appreciate any insight that can be passed along.

welcome to Ahnenblatt.
In general there ist no problem to import GEDCOM files into Ahnenblatt.
Be sure that you and your cousin are importing with duplicate files...
I fear your cousin has to add new links for the photos, as your folder address and his are not the same.
