Export medias

Hello everyone,

I would like to update my tree on Geneanet uploading my tree made on Ahnenblatt, and I don't find the possibily on Ahnenblatt to export my tree with medias, as sugested on Geneanet page for uploading.
Does this possibility exist and I just didn't find it ?
If not, would it be an idea to ad this option on next Ahnenblatt versions ?

Could you give us a link to this Geneanet page with upload information? I am not sure what they expect.

Media files are just linked (in GEDCOM and Ahnenblatt files) and are always kept seperately.
Ahnenblatt tries to collect them in Media folder (you have "Family.ged" or "Family.ahn" and should have all your media files in folder "Family Media").

I haven't downloaded and tried yet their app. I wanted to understand before how it works. And I fear to make something wrong when updating my geneanet tree.

Hi,

thanks for the links.
The Geneanet Upload App expects a GEDCOM file and a folder with all your media (that's the above mentioned "... Media" folder).
That's what Ahnenblatt already uses without having an GEDCOM export option for that.

Try the Upload App and let me know, if it works.
